1. Soccer
I was in a girls and boys soccer team at the age from 6 to to 12 with my brother Braulio and my cousin Bryan. I was a golly and we won the championship two years in a row. It helped me get myself into shape and I simply enjoyed it.
2. Yoga
I started to practice yoga I was in the 10th grade at Costa Mesa High School. It helped me release stress and feel better about my appearance. Ive been doing yoga for about 1 year and a half.
3. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
When I was in 6th I did Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for two years with my brother Braulio. It taught me self defense without really hurting the person who is trying to attack you. It helped me be less scared of people and showed me how to have self confidence.
